Giveaway Winner

The winner of my first ever giveaway is none other than Daisigirl Kim!

She has a fantastic blog of tasty goodies and cuteness and Benjamin Franklin said you should visit her.

(People will accept your ideas more readily if you tell them Benjamin Franklin said it first - shhhh keep it on the down low.)

She's even a fellow Oregonian! Woot!

So congratulations Kim! and I just need your address and can send along your goodies!

And sadly I didn't get any projects accomplished this weekend unless you count all the yard work I did. However, I will leave you with some photos I couldn't resist taking while I was playing in the dirt and enjoying the glorious and fleeting sunshine.

Little agates I found while cleaning out my new flower garden area.

After the frost melted...love that spring green!

I was going to try my hand at forcing a forsythia branch indoors but found it already blooming!

Yay! I never win! Now I can't say that anymore. I am so excited! Thanks! BTW, my son liked the picture of you agates, he just loves rocks! :)

I am too jealous that someone else won, but I'll get over it.

What I won't get over is my jealousy that you are doing yard work, and it's spring where you are. That will stick with me forever.

I LOVE your pictures! They are gorgeous!

Benjamin Franklin says you should have voted for NKOTB in my better boy band poll! Swing by and check out the results!

What beautiful pictures, we're still a few weeks away from that beautiful spring green!
Thanks for visiting my blog! I'm here to tell ya, you NEED to add some chalk board paint to your arsenal! It's so fun.

I got my lovely package in the mail today and I wanted to tell you how thoughtful it was of you to send one of your rocks along! That was very sweet of you! My son thanks you too! :0)

Congrats to Kim, from yet another fellow Oregonian!

And you take really amazing pictures. I wish I could've gotten some yard word done this weekend.

Seems like I'm always surfing to these blogs a little too late for the giveaways.

Hello from a fellow Oregonian.
